We do not accept returns for any products, including merchandise and canned seafood. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll work with you to make it right.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund or exchange, please email us at ola@belabrandseafood.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
